Bangladesh Floods 2017
South Asia is experiencing one of its worst monsoon seasons in decades, as over 1,200 people have died and more than 41 million people have been affected by heavy rains and severe flooding in the region. Bangladesh itself has a third of the entire country under water.
Hidaya is working with its volunteers in Bangladesh to administer relief efforts for villagers who have lost their homes and livelihood due to the extensive flooding.
