Sudan Relief
Since April 2023, there has been a civil war in Sudan resulting in the deaths of over 150,000 civilians through bombardments, massacres, starvation and disease. Nearly 10 million residents of Sudan have been displaced due to the fighting, and there are mass shortages of basic goods such as food, water, medicines and fuel. The war is affecting agriculture activity which is decreasing production and increasing prices. The UN estimates that 25 million people still need aid, with 5 million facing famine and 18 million enduring acute food insecurity.
Hidaya Foundation has been funding food distribution via our partners in Sudan for families affected by this humanitarian crisis.
Please donate to help families in dire need.
